GREAT THANKSGIVING DINNER!! (not held on Thanksgiving!)

What an amazing event.. thank you to each and everyone one of you for being there and sharing your time and effort.

attending parties and events is important for our community but i have to admit Breaking Bread with people is more gratifying to me on so many levels.
Sitting down face to face talking over food we all prepared satisfies me so much!

Thanks to Strange for helping organize this ever with Aaron Greenwell Huge Kuods to the Tangent Gallery / Hastings Street Ballroom and esp Joe Van Bael and James Jimbo Kester for all their help.

All the food was wonderful.. i was so full last night. AND so were a ton a folks going to be the Piquette Square for Veterans where we took a shopping carts worth of food after the event. (thanks again to Ruairidh Strange and Crudo Umano) for that.

To each of the volunteers who came early and stayed late.. you all ease the efforts more than you understand. thank you.

The back of my car is full of all the donations for the BWB Detroit Backpacking party 2014!..thank you!

Last night the door raised $395. and that total added with the amount raised by Damned ($1144) equals =total $1539 /2=769.5.. or what ever amount near that Mike Willenborg is generously able to donate will help our project so much to purchase the remaining items we need.

HUGE BOWS to all of you.. We can not do what we do without the help of people like YOU!!

much love and light to each of you!

(which btw that crew includes you!)
